We decided we have to try and do something about it and that is why we made up a perfect alternative – FILTERMAC. We are dreaming about the world where anybody can, anywhere and anytime, draw his fresh, still or sparkling water into his own bottle. It is healthy for us as well as for our magnificent planet – without plastic, without toxic substances and without problems. We devote a lot of our time to choosing the right bottles so that we can offer people healthy and good quality bottles that do not leach harmful substances into the water. The users of FILTERMAC forestall the production of plastic waste as well as consuming toxic substances as the leash of harmful substances into water is often connected with using plastic bottles. All the time when I was studying I had to refill my water bottle at the toilets. It was not good nor cold. Then at a different university I saw this machine and I really wanted to have it installed at our university as well. The distribution of the FILTERMAC at the premises of our faculty has been considered a great success that is reflected in the positive evaluation. In May 2017 we installed our first FILTERMAC at the residence hall 17. listopadu and its popularity among the students has surprised us positively. Thanks to this installation in the month of October we managed to save more than 120 thousand plastic bottles, which represents the plastic that was not used and did not have to be disposed of. We are proud of this result and also of the fact that thanks to FILTERMAC we managed to raise the awareness of the plastic bottle usage issue and the necessity to reduce their consumption.
In our company J&J we really value the opportunity that we can cooperate with FILTERMAC. We are proud that we can sponsor this ecological project that improves the environment for students right in their schools and also in the residence halls.
